Bohdan Bieliei – a student of the Lviv National Academy of Arts – became a prize-winner of the "Cityscape" nomination of the "Silver Easel" contest. He got a special prize from the Fund for Cultural Initiatives ArtHuss. We asked him about the changes in his life after the "Silver Easel" contest. Bohdan Bieliei
‘I changed after the contest – I started listening to and trust myself more. "Silver Easel" gave me a lot of emotions, friends, and information in general, it helped to make a significant step on my creative path, it gave me strength and inspiration to further work!’, Bohdan shares with us.
The boy was inspired by the contest and communication with experienced masters. Thus, after the "Silver Easel" he began to work actively: "Now I'm working on a series of works that reflect my inner state and living environment. After the contest, I realized that art could be created from everything. I was very impressed with the work of Yevhenii Orlov (in the nomination "Improvisation" – Author).”
‘I started experimenting with everything that surrounds me. There is a large flow of creative ideas, search, I constantly experiment with various materials and means – I find random things and I start with them. I do not have a constant technique, but I found my own "technique of randomness".’
