The participants of "Silver Easel" confidently make their own creative paths. The contest helped a lot of them to believe in their strength. It was a push for someone and a significant step in artistic growth for others. It is definitely at the same time: the achievement of each participant is another confirmation of the importance of the idea laid down in "Silver Easel" - support and promotion of the talented creative youth.

Kseniia Datsiuk was born in Lviv in 1994 in the artists’ family. In 2016, she graduated from the East European National University named after Lesia Ukrainka. In 2017, she received a specialist’s degree at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Kyiv). She is engaged in painting, graphic art and some kinds of decorative and applied arts. An important place in the artist's work is taken by iconography and monumental paintings. Among painting genres, she prefers portrait, still life, landscape. As the artist herself admits, she constantly experiments with the performing technique, combining various materials. In April 2017, Kseniia took part in the 2nd All-Ukrainian Student Contest in Painting "Silver Easel".

On 5 September 2017, Kseniia Datsiuk presented the palette of her creativity to the Uzhhorod spectators in Voto-cafe.

Thus, the exhibition presented the works in two genres - portraits and still lifes. Basically, as the artist explained, these canvases, created during 2012-2016, were all made in the technique of oil painting.

The favourite genre of a young master is portrait, and it is immediately noticed while watching the exposition. "Everything inspires to create, without exaggeration, everything, the world around! - Kseniia commented. - But it is easy to understand from my works that my greatest inspiration is still people. As every person, every view has something extraordinary, something deep that fascinates me as an artist."

The palette of artist’s works is extremely bright, rich, a combination of colours and shades is weighed and thought out, it is obvious that the young master pays attention to the harmony in her works.
