Among the exhibited 53 works, there are different genres in which the talented girl works: still life, portrait, and genre composition. Most works are made with oil, but there are a number of graphic works. Zlata looks for her own style and she is the heiress of the representatives of the Odesa School of Painting.

"I have been planning this exhibition for a long time because I have already gathered a lot of works that I want to show to the public – in such a way my first personal exhibition was prepared," says the girl. “This event is not only significant but also symbolic for me – it's a kind of line, summing up, passing the first step on the way to art, because I just presented my diploma work and got bachelor's degree."

The girl admits that she has been fond of painting since childhood. And it is not surprising, because her father is also an artist. "At home, we were allowed to paint on the walls – a kind of art space where your self-expression is not restricted by any frameworks," the artist recalls.

Before that Zlata Shyshman participated in regional, national and international exhibitions. She is twice a participant in the Student Contest in Painting "Silver Easel", she joined the youth association of the Odesa Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, visited the international art plein air in Bulgaria.

The girl says: ‘“Silver Easel” is an impetus in creativity: you work at a convenient pace and suddenly you find yourself in extreme conditions where you need to pull yourself together, accumulate all your strength, focus. There are a lot of people around, you are photographed, filmed, interviewed… In the end, everything leaves an imprint on your further work at the end of the contest, the art level of work is raised. I started to understand more and made a lot of friends from different parts of Ukraine.’
